Your 5-day program
Arrival at Malta Airport, transfer to hotel. Afternoon: Introduction meeting with your personal advisor, discussion of your requirements and presentation of planned viewings.
Full-day viewings in Sliema, St. Julians and Gzira. Lunch break at a local restaurant. Evening: Review of properties.
Viewings in Valletta, Floriana, Birgu and Marsaskala. Optional bank visit for account opening.
Morning: Optional trip to Gozo with viewings. Afternoon: Second appointments at your favorite properties, initial negotiations if applicable.
Morning: Final meeting, handover of all documents, discussion of next steps. Transfer to airport.

- EU citizens do not need a residence permit for property purchase
- Please announce bank appointments 2-3 weeks in advance
